1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers have 10 days from the date of receiving their order to contact us to request a return or refund.

  • Products must be sealed, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning a product for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or unusable, please contact us within the 10-day period with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • In some cases, we may request the defective item be returned, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items not in their original packaging.

5. Legal Rights in Canada

This policy does not limit or replace your rights under Canadian consumer protection legislation. In accordance with Canadian law, we will always ensure that products are delivered as described and free from defects.
