We ship through Canada Post. Local pick-up available in select locations.
Shipping
We do our best to process and ship your order within one to two business days. Some exceptions may occur. If you do not receive order confirmation, check if it landed in your junk e-mail before sending an inquiry to hello@longlivetattos.com.
You will receive Canada Post tracking information when your order ships.
You are responsible to review your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your order. If your parcel is returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address, we will re-send it to you at your request with the following additional charges: any postal return fees we incurred, a $7 service fee, and the actual Canada Post postage rate to re-send it to you. If you choose not to have it re-sent, no refund will be provided, however store credit for the amount you paid for the item, less any return postal fees we incurred and a $7 service fee, will be issued. This credit will be valid for 30 days.
We do not take responsibility for lost/stolen packages if your parcel is left unattended after delivery to your street address. No refund or store credit will be issued.
Canadian shipping
Free shipping on all orders over $125.
For orders under $125, a flat rate of $15 will apply.
USA and International shipping
Currently Unavailable.
Local Pick-up
Local pick-up may be available in select locations. If you choose a local pick-up option, you will receive an email when your order is ready and the day/time/location of pick-up. Your pick-up date may be delayed if an item is not in stock at your preferred pick-up location.
Returns
Damage
We carefully inspect and personally package all our products for shipping to you. If a product arrives damaged, please send a photo, description of damage and your order number within 24 hours to hello@longlivetattos.com. We will replace the product at no charge to you, or if the product is currently not in stock, we will offer you store credit.
Refunds/Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges of opened or used product. However, at our discretion, we may accommodate a return for credit if the product is in new and unused condition, and it is within 14 days of shipping. Contact us at hello@longlivetattoos.com with your order number and details of issue. Wait for our authorization and instructions before returning the item. Upon receipt of the authorized item in acceptable condition, we will issue you store credit for the amount you paid for the item, less a $7 service fee, valid for 30 days. Items returned without authorization will not be eligible for credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Clothing & Merch
We do not offer returns or exchanges on clothing or merch. Please read descriptions of clothing sizes carefully before placing your order. The size chart measurements are accurate, so please measure a t-shirt you already own, that fits you well, to compare with our sizes.
